img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]El <strong>PMUS<\/strong> \u00e9s un Pla participat, que marca unes <strong>l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques<\/strong> que permetran avan\u00e7ar en la transformaci\u00f3 de Palma i, sobretot, aconseguir una ciutat m\u00e9s <strong>sostenible, saludable, amable i segura.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][vc_column_text]El <strong>PMUS<\/strong> ha analitzat les dades de mobilitat actuals a Palma amb les seg\u00fcents caracter\u00edstiques:<\/p>\n<p>-Una ciutat que <strong>incrementa<\/strong> la poblaci\u00f3 any rere any<\/p>\n<p>-Taxes de motoritzaci\u00f3 <strong>elevades<\/strong>: 529 turismes\/1000 habitants,<\/p>\n<p>-Percepci\u00f3 de la bicicleta com a transport m\u00e9s <strong>eficient<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Increment de la <strong>mobilitat a peu<\/strong>: 8%.<\/p>\n<p>-El 85%de la poblaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 una l\u00ednea de <strong>l\u2019EMT<\/strong> Palma a menys de 5 minuts i una<\/p>\n<p>freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia m\u00ednima de 10 minuts.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53951&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Qu\u00e8 cerca el PMUS?<\/strong> Una distribuci\u00f3 de les diferents formes de moure\u2019s per la ciutat i per aix\u00f2 proposa mesures per promoure aquest canvi amb alternatives viables.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquest transvasament s\u2019hauria d\u2019aconseguir el <strong>2030<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Reducci\u00f3 d\u2019un 9% en <strong>vehicle privat<\/strong> (del 45 al 36 per cent)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Creixement del <strong>transport p\u00fablic<\/strong> en un 5% (del 13 al 18 per cent)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Creixement <strong>VMP<\/strong> en 1,2 % (del 0,8 al 2 per cent)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Creixement <strong>bici<\/strong> en un 0,8 % (de l\u20191,2 al 2 per cent)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Creixement <strong>despla\u00e7aments a peu<\/strong> en un 2%: del 40 al 42 per cent.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60x&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]Qu\u00e8 es vol aconseguir amb el <strong>PMUS<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 <strong>Reducci\u00f3<\/strong> de les <strong>emissions<\/strong> de CO2 23%-40%<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 <strong>Menys<\/strong> contaminaci\u00f3 <strong>ac\u00fastica<\/strong>: menys de 53 dBA de mitja diaris<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Assolir el <strong>l\u00edmit<\/strong> de <strong>l\u2019OMS<\/strong> d\u2019emissions: 30 \u00b5g\/m3.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 80% de la ciutadania resti a <strong>menys de 350 metres<\/strong> d\u2019una xarxa b\u00e0sica de vianants i\/o ciclista.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 90% de la poblaci\u00f3 estigui <strong>a prop<\/strong> del transport p\u00fablic, amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de 10 minuts de mitjana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 <strong>Redu\u00efr<\/strong> al m\u00e0xim els <strong>accidents greus<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53955&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;80px&#8221;][vc_column_text]A partir d\u2019aquest punt de partida es plantegen<strong> 7 l\u00ednies estrat\u00e8giques<\/strong> per tal de disminuir l\u2019\u00fas del vehicle privat i integrar la mobilitat motoritzada essencial, aquella per la qual no existeix una alternativa- a l\u2019entorn urb\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>El PMUS aglutina <strong>40 accions<\/strong> estructurades en <strong>7 eixos<\/strong> a executar en els <strong>propers vuit anys<\/strong> que tenen un pressupost de <strong>88 milions d\u2019euros<\/strong>, un 53% de les quals es destina a millorar l\u2019oferta per a vianants.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60x&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>1<\/strong>. Transformar Palma en la <strong>ciutat dels 15 minuts<\/strong> millorant la qualitat de l\u2019espai p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<p>-Que tota la poblaci\u00f3 tingui a <strong>cinc minuts a peu<\/strong> (menys de 350 metres) un eix de qualitat per a vianants (voreres amples i accessibles) que el connecti amb la resta de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>-Crear centres de <strong>barris<\/strong> que siguin focus d\u2019activitat social i econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p>-Garantir l\u2019<strong>accessibilitat universal<\/strong> als itineraris per a vianants.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53959&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53961&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;120px&#8221;][vc_column_text]El PMUS tamb\u00e9 vol implantar <strong>entorns escolars protegits<\/strong> que millorin la seguretat vi\u00e0ria dels infants i promoguin els despla\u00e7aments a peu (S\u2019actuarien m\u00e9s de 1.500 Ha, el 8% de Palma).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60x&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>2<\/strong>. Millorar el servei del <strong>transport p\u00fablic<\/strong>: <strong>EMT<\/strong> Palma:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Nous corredors<\/strong> de transport p\u00fablic en bus refor\u00e7ant els corredors d\u2019alta demanda.<\/p>\n<p>-Creaci\u00f3 de <strong>12 quil\u00f2metres m\u00e9s<\/strong> de nous <strong>carrils bus<\/strong>: s\u2019arriba als 17 quil\u00f2metres de carril bus.<\/p>\n<p>-Priotzaci\u00f3 <strong>semaf\u00f2rica<\/strong> del bus.<\/p>\n<p>-Millora de <strong>l\u2019informaci\u00f3<\/strong> a l\u2019usuari del bus.<\/p>\n<p>Sector del <strong>taxi<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>-Millorar el servei de taxi: <strong>digitalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> del servei[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53963&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53965&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;80px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>3<\/strong>. Potenciar la <strong>bicicleta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Completar la <strong>xarxa d\u2019itineraris<\/strong> ciclista i de VMP (prioritzar carril bici a la cal\u00e7ada i crear 54,2 km nous d\u2019eixos ciclistes que se sumarien als 95 actuals).<\/p>\n<p>-Augmentar el n\u00famero <strong>d\u2019aparcament per a bicicletes<\/strong> i VMP.<\/p>\n<p>-Ampliar el sistema de <strong>bicicleta p\u00fablica<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60x&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>4<\/strong>. Pacificaci\u00f3 del <strong>tr\u00e0nsit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ampliaci\u00f3 d\u2019ORA<\/strong> a aquells barris que compleixen uns requisits: saturaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estacionament en cal\u00e7ada durant el dia, oferta de transport p\u00fablic adient, viatges procedents de fora de la via de cintura. Exemple: completar barri de Santa Catalina, Camp d\u2019en Serralta, Fort\u00ed, Bons Aires, Pere Garau i Foners. Nou barri: un tram de Camp Red\u00f3 i Pla\u00e7a de Toros.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta \u00e9s <strong>ampliar 12.000 places<\/strong> que s\u2019afegiran a les 12.000 existents:<\/p>\n<p>-Augmentar la dotaci\u00f3 <strong>d\u2019aparcaments<\/strong> fora de la cal\u00e7ada <strong>per a residents<\/strong>. Creaci\u00f3 d\u2019entre 5.000 i 10.000 noves places d\u2019aparcaments per a residents (10 nous aparcaments).<\/p>\n<p>-Nous <strong>aparcaments dissuasius<\/strong> (6 nous) que amb els ja existents tindrien una capacitat de 5.000 places.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53967&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53969&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; style=&#8221;vc_box_shadow_3d&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>5<\/strong>. Elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un Pla de Distribuci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Urbana de Mercaderies i implantar instruments tecnol\u00f2gics per controlar la m\u00e0xima durada de l\u2019estacionament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6<\/strong>. Canvi cap a <strong>energies m\u00e9s netes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Implantaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la zona de baixes emissions al centre de la ciutat on hi ha una excel\u00b7lent oferta de transport p\u00fablic. Objectiu: millorar la qualitat de l\u2019aire reduint les emissions de co2 provocades pel tr\u00e0nsit. Limitaci\u00f3 d\u2019acc\u00e9s als vehicles m\u00e9s contaminants.<\/p>\n<p>-Promoure l\u2019\u00fas dels vehicles de baixes emissions en el transport p\u00fablic urb\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Renovaci\u00f3<\/strong> de la flota de <strong>vehicles municipals<\/strong> amb criteris ecol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p>-Criteris mediambientals a la tarifaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ORA.<\/p>\n<p>-Regular la localitzaci\u00f3 de punts de c\u00e0rrega i promoure la <strong>implantaci\u00f3 de gasineres i hidrogeneres<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;60x&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;100px&#8221;][vc_column_text]L\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 del <strong>PMUS<\/strong> ha estat redactada per consultora Doymo de la m\u00e0 de diferents organismes i entitats col\u00b7laboradores com l\u2019SMAP, l\u2019EMT, EMAYA, Policia Local i Govern Balear.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, integra informaci\u00f3 de les aportacions rebudes a partir d\u2019entrevistes i reunions amb el teixit empresarial, associacions i entitats multidisciplinars.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;53981&#8243;
